What NLP do and What to Expect
Our level 5 supreme finish involves a 3 coat plaster system, plus full skimming, to get rid of any defects, leaving a seamless finish ready for paint. Mainly required for areas filled with natural light
This is a 3 coat plaster system used for a clean and tidy paint finish. Level 4 is a standard plaster finish for all residential and commercial projects.
Square stop:
Square stop is a flush square finish at the wall to ceiling junction. Square stop tends to be a sharper look, creating the feel of a larger space.
Cove/Cornices:
Cove/cornices is a sleek curved finish at the wall to ceiling junction.
This is a plastering technique used for covering entire wall spaces leaving a smooth finish. This technique is generally used when wallpaper has been removed, or when old existing Gib needs repainting.
Fire stopping is a form of passive fire protection. Firestops are designed to maintain the fire proofing of a wall or floor assembly allowing it to impede the spread of fire and smoke.
The installation of Gib to walls and ceilings, involving the use of screws and glue.
